General information

Data subjects, defined as “relevant persons” in Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter the “Applicant”), are granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data under Article 11 of that Law.

Pursuant to Article 13(1) of Law No. 6698, applications regarding these rights to Devolay Yazılım Mühendislik Ticaret Limited Şirketi, as data controller, must be submitted in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (the “Board”).

Accordingly, for applications made to our Company “in writing”, a printout of this form must be submitted:

in person by the Applicant;
through a notary public; or
signed by the Applicant with a “secure electronic signature” as defined in Electronic Signature Law No. 5070

and sent to the addresses below to constitute a written application.

Once other methods determined by the Board are announced, how applications will be received through those methods will also be announced separately.

Pursuant to Article 13 of Law No. 6698, your application will be concluded within at most thirty days from the date it reaches Devolay Yazılım Mühendislik Ticaret Limited Şirketi, depending on the nature of the request, and our response will be communicated to you by the method of your choice.
