Your main responsibility will be meeting one-on-one with experts who don't yet have a company and mentoring them through the company formation process; alongside this, you'll also run Devolay's day-to-day accounting.
Responsibilities
- Meet one-on-one with experts who don't have a company yet and mentor them step by step through forming one (sole proprietorship vs. limited company, incorporation paperwork, tax office procedures)
- Answer experts' questions in plain, jargon-free language to reduce the uncertainty around the process
- Track Devolay's general accounting records, invoicing/e-invoice processes and tax filings
- Coordinate with our financial advisor (SMMM) and support monthly/annual financial reporting
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or economics
- Solid knowledge of company formation processes (sole proprietorship, limited company)
- Strong communication skills — patient and clear when explaining things one-on-one
- Experience with e-ledger/e-invoice systems and standard accounting software (Logo, Luca, etc.)
Nice to have
- Certified Public Accountant (SMMM) title
- Experience working with freelancers or self-employed professionals
